The ripening of these tomatoes takes place on the plant for the next harvest from July to September, no synthetic treatment is used and only organic fertilizers are used in order to prevent soil and water pollution, as well as guaranteeing the purity of the tomato .
When tasted they appear to be very consistent, the flavor is intense, fresh with a very light bitter aftertaste.
