CarniStore’s New Zealand 365 program is a 700 day feeding program that is ethical, natural and carbon neutral. It is the first of its kind offered in the UAE. 100% Black Angus cattle are raised on their natural grass diet in the mountains of Taranaki without ever coming into contact with hormones or antibiotics. The regenerative farming aspects of this specification allow it to be called “beyond organic” as it takes the farming process back to the way it was intended.

These marbled, CarniStore 365 Short ribs are cut across the bone in 1/2 Inch thick slices. 550-600gms approximately 5 pieces that come already marinated in the CarniStore Asian Marinade.

TRIVIA: In Korea, this style of ribs is called Galbi, and is an essential element in all Korean BBQ.

The enzymes in our ginger sesame based sauce break down the fibers of the beef for a very tender bite.
