This Rhubarb Chard is an amazing heirloom variety by the name of ‘Pink Passion’.
Chard is considered to be one of the healthiest vegetables available. It was first cultivated by the Romans and is known by a number of common names such as Swiss Chard, Silverbeet and Mangold. It is often used in Mediterranean cooking. While the leaves are always green the chard stalks vary in colour.
