We are delighted to include a selection of Lebanon organic Grapes to our range of products. Grapes are usually one of the most heavily sprayed fruit, thus we are glad to be able to offer organic, unsprayed Grapes whilst they are in season.

Resveratrol, a phytonutrient present mostly in grape skins is now believed to play a role in longevity. Some researchers have shown a parallel between activation of longevity genes by resveratrol in combination with a calorie-restricted diet. So snack on Grapes as long as they are available from the right source! According to the ageing and longevity research, our ability to get optimal nutrition fom the fewest possible calories is related to our longevity. The more we can decrease our calories while staying optimally nourished, the better our chances of healthy ageing and longevity.
